Set Up The Split Hero

The Split Hero is a Hero layout option that incorporates 2 different Hero widgets. For this example, we will use the Hero Search and Hero Carousel widgets. Depending on the dealers preference, any 2 Hero widgets can be incorporated in this Split layout.

Let’s begin!

Adjusting Layout on Homepage:

• Log into the dealer Sitefinity backend
• Under the top navigation, go to Pages and select Home
• To change the layout format, on the right hand side, toggle to the Layout dropdown menu
• Drag and drop the HalfandHalf template to the homepage layout where you want the Split Hero to be
• Since the Hero widget acts as a welcome to your homepage, we suggest placing it towards the top of the homepage

• Toggle back to the Content drop down menu
• From the widget drop down, under Kubota Custom, drag and drop the Hero Search widget and Hero Carousel widget into either column of the new split layout.
