Adding and/or nesting pages in your navigation menu is a very helpful way to display all of the pages you want your clients to see when they first visit your site. Using our page editor is an easy and time efficient way to get it done!
How to Add Previously Created Pages to the Navigation Menu
- Log into your Sitefinity dashboard
- Navigate to the Pages tab
- Find the page that you want to add to the menu and then select the Actions dropdown
- Select Titles and Properties
- In the options, select Show in navigation
- Optional If you want the page to show up as nested underneath another page on the Navigation Menu (for example: Used Equipment underneath Equipment) select Under parent page... and then select the page that you want to nest it underneath.
How to Add New Pages to the Navigation Menu
- Log into your Sitefinity dashboard
- Navigate to the Pages tab
- Select Create a Page
- Go through the process of setting up the page (Pro Tip: Here's our Guide on Creating a Page)
- From the options, select Show in navigation
- Optional If you want the page to show up as nested underneath another page on the Navigation Menu (for example: Used Equipment underneath Equipment) select Under parent page... and then select the page that you want to nest it underneath.
