We currently offer two design options for your homepage Welcome To Widget. Let's take a look at how to implement them on your site!
Option 1: Static image of dealership location
Option 2: Video in upper block, optional images in lower blocks
Adding Welcome Widget Option 1 Directions:
Once logged into the backend of your site, click on Pages at the top. Here you will see a list of pages on your site. From this list click on Home.
Once on the home page, locate where you want to place the Welcome Widget. Under the Drag widgets section on the right, drag and drop the Welcome To widget onto the page.
After you drop the widget onto the page, click on Edit in the upper right hand corner of the widget on the page.
In the Welcome To PopUp select Default from the drop down menu under Template.
This will bring up more details. From here you can Select an image and add Action Buttons to your widget.
Action Buttons:
Adding button icons: Button icons are based on Font Awesome names.
Here are some samples of names:
Location Marker: fa-map marker
Home Icon: fa-home
After adding Button Icons type in the button text you want to display.
Lastly you must link the button to a page on your site by clicking on Select under Button 1 Page. Highlight the page you want the button to send the user to when clicked and then click Done Selecting.
Click on Save and Publish the page.
Adding Welcome Widget Option 2 Directions:
Once logged into the backend of your site, click on Pages at the top. Here you will see a list of pages on your site. From this list click on Home.
Once on the home page, locate where you want to place the Welcome Widget. Under the Drag widgets section on the right, drag and drop the Welcome To widget onto the page.
After you drop the widget onto the page, click on Edit in the upper right hand corner of the widget.
Then select With Video under Template. Under Body Copy type in a brief description about your company.
Add images and a video to your site by selecting the add video under the Video & Images section.
