Ready to show off that new machine? Follow these steps to get it on your site and in front of the right eyes—quick and easy.
🛠 Start Here:
Products > Add New Product
This is where the magic begins.
🏷 Product Name
Give your machine a standout title.
Make it specific and searchable—this helps customers know exactly what they’re looking at.
📝 Product Description
Tell the story of your equipment.
Add all the info you think your customer should know.
📸 Product Image & Gallery
- Product Image: This is your hero shot—the first thing customers see.
- Gallery Images: Add more angles or close-ups here. They’ll appear as scrollable thumbnails on the listing page.
⚙️ Product Fields
Add the nitty-gritty details your customers care about:
- Availability (toggle No if it’s not ready to go)
- Stock Number
- Serial Number
- Model
- Manufacturer
- Year
- Horsepower
- Operating Hours
- Separator Hours
- Text Before Price (e.g. “Starting at” or “Call for pricing”)
📂 Additional Content
- Brochures: Upload a PDF under Media, then link it here.
- Features & Specs: Break down what makes this machine shine.
- Links: Add relevant resources.
- Product Promotions: Attach any specials you’re running.
- Related Location: Tag the location where this machine is available.
💲 Product Pricing
- Regular Price
- Sale Price: Automatically strikes through the regular price and highlights the deal.
📌 Short Description
This text shows at the top of the product’s detail page. Keep it punchy and informative.
🧭 Product Categories
Make it easy for customers to find what they need.
This helps organize equipment by type and condition.
Here’s the structure to follow:
- Level 0: Condition (New, Used, Sale)
- Level 1: Category (Tractors, Mowers, Construction, etc.)
- Level 2: Subcategory (Compact, Sub-Compact, Zero-Turn, etc.)

🏷 Product Tags
Tags tell the website where to display your product.
Choose one:
newpre-owned
⚠️ Without a tag, your equipment won’t show up on the site. Don’t skip this!
🔄 Edit or Remove a Product
- To edit: Click into the machine listing or use Quick Edit to adjust price, category, or tags.
- To remove: Change the listing status to Draft (if you want to save it for later) or Delete it entirely.
